Payment & Scheduling Policy

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon the 1st of each month in advance. You can pay by cash, check, Venmo (preferred) or automatic bank draft. There are no refunds if a student misses a lesson, regardless of the situation. 

MISSED LESSON POLICY

I will do my best to accommodate requests to reschedule, but I cannot guarantee a rescheduling. Make-ups must be completed within four weeks of missed lesson. Make-ups are not granted for no-shows, so you must let me know that you will miss a lesson at least 24 hours in advance to receive a make-up. Once a make-up lesson is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again. If the student is sick, please try to reschedule the lesson. If the student is a no-show without 24 hour prior notice the lesson will be billed accordingly.
